The Blaine County Commissioners will be receiving bids for the Recycling Center Addition & Remodel project. The project is located at 110 Ohio Gulch Rd, Hailey, ID, 83333. The work will be awarded based on a fixed, Guaranteed Maximum Price Lump Sum Bid.
The award being based on a “Fixed”, “Guaranteed Lump Sum Bid” means that the submitted price to perform the work is the cost in total and shall not be exceeded. This means that all parts, supplies, labor, profit and overhead etc. along with a code compliant, complete, industry standard professionally installed and finished occupiable final product shall be included in this total cost. You will be paid this amount for the satisfactory performance of the work. The only means to increase or decrease the total cost may be done through a change order process. Your bid shall be inclusive such that no change orders are necessary/foreseen.
This project requires that all contractors prior to construction maintain a current public works contractors license with the State of Idaho. All of the work to be performed shall be done according to Title 54, Chapter 19 of the Idaho Code. Acknowledgment of contractor licensure shall be provided within the Bid Proposal form.
