SUMMARY OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS:
The City of Driggs is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants to perform engineering services related to a wastewater collection system master plan. In 2007, a combined wastewater collection and treatment facility plan was completed by Nelson Engineering. The City completed and adopted an updated facility plan for the wastewater treatment facility (Teton Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility) in 2023.The City desires to separate and update its wastewater collection system plan to reflect the growth in the City that has occurred since completion of the previous plan to review, revise, and reprioritize the recommended projects and help plan for future growth. If selected, the firm would coordinate its activities and services provided to the City directly with the City of Driggs Public Works Department.
