General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,759

Space Type: Office and Warehouse

Firm Term: 10 years





Additional Requirements:




  • Included in the 20 parking spaces are seven large vehicles/trailers:

    • 3-Chevy 2500

    • 2-16’ trailers

    • 1-20’ trailer

    • 1 F-550 10’X20’

    • Parking area large enough for a truck with a trailer to turn around.



  • 1,000 - 1,200 of the total ABOA will be warehouse space:

    • Ceiling Height: Minimum 12’.

    • Minimum Depth: 30’.

    • Three 12’HX10’W Rolling doors.



  • The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
