Description

Contractor shall provide custom Square D breaker. See product description.



IMPORTANT! Vendor shall provide quote submission to include Executed SF1449, pricing and any Square D product/ authorized distributor information. Provide certification under VAAR 852.219-76 with quote.



Brand Name: Square D. Vendor must be an authorized Square D Distributor.



Vendors not currently setup for award with the Dept of Veterans Affairs are encouraged to complete electronically the VA10091. See E.2 for more information.
