THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT





NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is negotiating on an UNRESTRICTED BASES FOR A STRESS VEST SYSTEM SOLE SOURCED TO ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER (OEM) SETCAN CORPORATION ONLY.





The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 9/1/2023 with a closing date on or about 9/8/2023. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13



Procedures. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes through the SAM website will be available. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM Website: www.sam.gov.





Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.





A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received
