USDA Forest Service - Southwest Idaho WCS Landscape Photo Documentation Project

This contract is intended to provide documentation photography of vegetation work done in the Southwest Idaho Wildfire Crisis Strategy (WCS) Landscape before, during and after the work being done. GPS photo points will be set up across the project landscape so future photos can be taken from the same photo points.
The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, supplies, and incidentals necessary to provide GPS photo point photography services to the Forest Service, including providing all necessary photo cameras and support accessories and any other equipment necessary to capture technically difficult images in remote areas with National Forest Systems Lands regarding the Wildfire Crisis Strategy.
"Wildfire Crisis Strategy Photography" means events, themes and issues related to wildfire, prescribed fire, non-commercial thinning, commercial thinning, reforestation, and activities conducted in support of the agency’s accomplishment of the strategy. The Contractor shall have the means to guarantee his or her ability to shoot images under a variety of light, weather, and topographic conditions.
The Contractor must be physically able to work in forested terrain with steep and rocky areas while hiking to photo points.
