This Presolicitation pertains to the DWA Helicopter for Wildlife Survey in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. This will be a firm-fixed-price service contract with four option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 481211 - Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation and the associated small business size standard is 1,500 employees. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside.
This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be released via https://sam.gov/ soon detailing requirements for the DWA Helicopter for Wildlife Survey. This information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
As required by Department of Defense Instruction 4500.53, contracted air carriers must be Commercial Airlift Review Board approved.
