The purpose of this contract is to procure two (2) agricultural tractors with implements for use in

the Coeur D’ Alene Forest Service Nursery seedling production program. The two tractors will

differ in specification, make, model, and purpose, but each must meet the physical specifications

needed to fit existing nursery seedling production beds, be of appropriate horsepower (HP), and

be capable of interfacing with existing implements. Wheel size and distance between tire tractor

paths is critical in these specifications due to the constraints of existing nursery bed widths at the

CDA Nursery. In addition to providing tractors and implements meeting the specifications

outlined herein, the vendor MUST also agree to receive two (2) used John Deere 2355

agricultural tractors, currently in use at the CDA Nursery, as trade-ins. Trade-ins are to be

received and possessed at the time of new equipment delivery, and the fair market value of the

trade-in’s, is to be deduced from the purchase price of the new equipment.

Schedule Notes:

a) One award will be made from this solicitation.

b) Provide a detailed description of the products including the specification sheet and the

earliest date of delivery.

c) Provide the amount willing to pay for the trade-ins.

d) The Total Price must include all delivery costs and delivery is FOB destination. This

includes the deduction for the price of the trade-ins’s.

e) Please provide on how/when you will pickup of the trade-ins’s.

f) Fill in table above with all information.
