The National Guard Bureau Acquisition Directorate (NGB-AQ-C) intends to award a sole-source contract for a non-commercial supply purchase to HFACS, INC (UEI: UTPMQYF3Y2Q4). This requirement is in support of the ARNG NG Supplement 1 to the AR 385-10. Human Factors and Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) is one of the courses required to be a Certified Accident Investigator to conduct ARNG Accident Investigations. This requirement is for four (4) courses to be provided for up to 80 students in four (4) different locations within the United States per year. This contract will have optional quantity Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) so that courses are provided for a total of five (5) years.
