The Salmon-Challis National Forest will purchase of 85 tons of certified hay to be
delivered to two locations. Cost for delivery of the hay should be included in the
total price for each line item and the grand total and includes unloading and stacking in
designated areas. Delivery dates and times will be arranged with facility personnel at least
two days before delivery. The RFQ document will be filled out completely and returned to
Jonathan.Wyatt@usda.gov. The awarded business will have NAICS code 311119 in their
SAM portfolio or be willing to add the code by the time of award.
