Description

Presolicitation Notice. Solicitation will follow.



1. The proposed solicitation will be set aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, Size Standard $22M

a. NOTE: ensure SDVOSB certification at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/





2. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Services are to be done at Twin Falls VA Clinic in Twin Falls, ID.





3. Period of Performance: Base + four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is appr. 1 March 2024.





4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is the 3rd week of January 2024 with an anticipated award date the 1st week of February 2024. A Site Visit is anticipated for 25 January 2024.





5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
