Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services:

Tri Annual Electrical Inspection at the Boise VAMC. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation to perform maintenance repair services in accordance with the specifications outlined in this contract.
Responsibilities include: Test, inspect, and calibrate breakers and relays; visually inspect and infrared test switchgears, pad-mount transformers, switches, breakers, and distribution panels; obtain oil samples from each of the 41 pad-mount transformers; Infrared test and vacuum out 14 automatic transfer switches; and provide a written report outlining the work performed. The contractor must have a person on site who is NETA certified and NICET certified, and the company must be NRTL certified per federal OSHA.
Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment with installation are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Darien Justice at darien.justice@va.gov no later than 4 November 2022, 9 AM Pacific. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.

RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; capability statement and if the services are available on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 221122 is applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Darien Justice via e-mail.
