Description

PANNGB-23-P-0000 000071 – Gowen Field Hangar Renovation





This is a pre-solicitation notice for a proposed construction project on Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho for renovation of two hangars. Renovation will include mechanical, fire suppression, and institutional office type internal building changes.



Magnitude of this project will be over $10 million.



Tentative dates for this requirement are as follows:



Solicitation issue



1 January 2023



Bids/proposals opened



7 February 2023



Project completion



1 April 2024





A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday October 25th, 2022 at 1100 HRS (11:00 MDT). Interested vendors should submit the attached request for base access request. Please send to the email address on the form and cc the following address 124.FW.MSG.Contracting.Org@us.af.mil. Additional information about visiting Gowen Field and access to base access request forms are available at this URL: Visitor Control Center - Military Division (idaho.gov). Interested vendors should meet on the site visit date at the visitor’s center just inside the main gate of Gowen Field. Reference the Pre-solicitation notice number to security personnel.



Upon release of solicitation, plans will be made available through Contracting Opportunities at https://sam.gov.



Award will be set-aside for small business.



Solicitation documents will be available free of charge.



All solicitation documents, amendments, or other notices pertaining to this requirement will be posted through the government point of entry (GPE) at https://sam.gov.
