Statement of Work
Camera Installation & Configurations
1.0 Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for a Camera System installation & configuration at the Acoustic Research Detachment (ARD), Bayview, Idaho.
2.0 Scope
The Contractor shall provide the required material, necessary personnel, and equipment for the installation of the Security Camera System on NSWCCD ARD provided server, installation of video management solution software, installation & configuration of 30 Axis (or equivalent) cameras and installation of Axis (or equivalent) Analog to Internet Protocol encoders.
3.0 Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this contract will be within NSWCCD ARD at 33964 N. Main Avenue, Bayview, ID 83803.

Tasks:
- The Contractor shall provide and deliver to the ARD, the following list of materials
required for Installation & Configuration of the Camera System. All materials provided must be National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Compliant.

- The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, Camera mounts and rails required for the installation of the material identified in task 4.1 above.

- The Contractor shall connect 8 currently mounted and operational analog cameras to the new video management solution software.

- The Contractor shall provide final installation, testing, and inspection on the entire
system.

- The Contractor shall conduct onsite training that will include a full walk through of all features the ARD personnel requests.

- The contractor shall provide a 1-year warranty for all equipment and items
5.0 Government Furnished Property

6.0 Delivery
The items identified in Task 4.1 shall be delivered not later than (30) days after the date of contract award. Installation and testing shall be done within (45) days after delivery, but not to exceed September 15th, 2023.
7.0 Other Requirements
At NSWCCD-ARD, access is restricted to contractors on the visitors list. All contractors must be US Citizens and will be subject to a background check upon their arrival at the ARD. No persons with a felony conviction that is less than (10) years old, a registered sex offender, or on a terrorist watch list will be allowed admittance to the base. The background check will require that all vendors present an active passport, or a combination of a driver’s license and a birth certificate with the embossed state seal. No photocopies will be accepted.
