Description

Modification is to extend both request for quote and deliver by date.



The work shall consist of but is not limited to the design, purchase, and delivery of a multiple log

stringer trail bridge superstructure, substructure, and all necessary components and hardware to

the staging area as indicated on the plans. All materials must be delivered in such a

configuration as to allow transportation via helicopter (by others) from the staging area to the

project location. All installation and construction work will be done by others.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies

and shall perform all work required to complete the project as shown on the plans, shown on the

manufacturer’s shop drawings, and as described in the Standard Specifications (FP-14) and

Forest Service Supplemental Specifications (FSSS).

Responding businesses will have NAICS code 237310 in their SAM portfolio or

will add the code before award of contract. Please completely fill the RFQ

document (each section) and return by the indicated response date and time.
