Submittal Instructions:
Interested firms are requested to provide expressions of interest to the undersigned by close-of business on April 15, 2024. Included must be sufficient written information confirming the responder’s qualifications that addresses each of the following criteria:
• Experience with handling, processing, and storing compressed hydrogen
• Experience with the design, fabrication integration and installation of hydrogen compression and post processing systems
• Knowledge and experience in meeting applicable safety, regulatory and code compliance
• Financial and bonding capacity
Note that responses must be no more than 20 pages in length. Only potentially qualified offerors, as determined by BEA, will receive the RFP for the project.
