Statement of Work
Building 82 and building 83 replacement batteries.
Provide all labor to remove, replace and recycle the building 82 batteries (92 cells).
Provide Battery-92, ENERSYS VARTA RM-140 1.2V 140AH NICD Flooded, Cells 1 per battery, (92 cells) for building 82.
Provide all labor to remove, replace, and recycle the building 83 batteries.
Provide Battery-60, Hoppecke Grid Power VL 2-215, Cell count 3 per battery total= (180 cells) for building 83.
The contractor will wear the appropriate PPE while providing the Boise VA Medical Center this service.
The contractor may be required to mask all staff while on campus.
The contractor will schedule work to be done with VA Facility Management Service prior to any work being done. No work will begin until the work is approved to proceed.
The contractor will check in with VA Facility Management Service, building 50, when they arrive on campus.
Once approval to proceed with work is given the contractor will work to completion without delay until all tasks are complete.
The contractor will verify all materials and equipment operate correctly. The contractor will verify all batteries are in new fully charged and good condition.
The contractor will provide a written warranty for all batteries.
The contractor will clean all affected work areas before leaving campus.
